Every Savvy Computers system carries a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. Should anything arise, it is handled directly by the workshop that built it.

Making a claim
Four steps, handled personally from first message to return.
Contact us
Send your order number and a short description of the fault, with a photo or video if it helps.
Diagnosis
We work through the problem with you first. Some issues can be resolved without the system leaving your desk.
Repair
Where hardware has failed, the faulty component is repaired or replaced and the system tested again.
Return
Your system is returned to you tested and in full working order.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
The Savvy Computers warranty is provided in addition to those rights. Where a component carries a longer manufacturer warranty, we assist with the claim after the first 12 months.
